For the perfect balance of strength and portability, we build our tents from an aircraft-grade anondized aluminum. This material gives our tents several advantages. First, they're three times lighter than those made of steel. Our tent frames are also corrosion-resistant, making them ideal for any outdoor setting, even in coastal climates. Yes, all Ecotent® canopy tents are 100% waterproof. An unexpected drizzle or steady rainfall is no problem for our tents, perfect for long days outside. 

We offer several textile options for our canopy tents. Our Oxford 500D and Oxford 250D fabrics both comply with the European standard EN 13501-1. While the latter is slightly thinnner, both offer excellent quality and durability. For a more environmentally friendly option, we also offer a 100% recycled polyester fabric, derived from repurposed PET bottles. This material diverts waste that otherwise would have gone to landfills.

Planning to set up your canopy tent outdoors? No problem. With a UPF value of 50+, our canopy tents offer excellent sun protection. And, if your clear skies suddenly turn to rain, you'll still be protected from the elements, thanks to our 100% waterproof fabric.

Yes! We do offer fire-retardant textiles. Choose a textile to suit your needs:

Oxford 500D: fire-rated Oxford

250D: fire-rated or non-fire-rated

Recycled fabric: only available in a non-fire-retardant version

You can add a custom design to any fabric surface of your canopy tent. We have a full-coverage printing options for all of our fabrics. For smaller designs like logos and lettering, we offer additional cost-effective printing methods.

We recommend spot cleaning your tent as needed with a soft sponge and lukewarm water or a mild cleanign spray such as 303 Multi-Surface Cleaner. Avoid using washing machines, harsh chemicals, or steam cleaners. These cleaning methods can damage or destroy the UV resistant and waterproof treatment embedded in the fabric.

The time it takes to set up a canopy tent varies slightly based on its size. Assembly of our 10ft x 10ft tent would take about one minute with two people, though one person can easily set it up solo.

One person is sufficient to assemble pop up gazebos up to a size of 10x10ft, but for larger tents we recommend two people. You can assemble pop up tents of all sizes on your own, but larger models will require more time. 

Our canopy tents are ready to assemble straight out of the box. You won't need to put any loose parts together or use any tools during setup.

Our tents pack down compactly and fit in most mid-sized vehicles. From our shock-absorbing transport bags to convenient pop-on wheels, we've thought of everything to make transporting your tent secure and simple.

Attaching the tent roof to the frame is simple. The easiest way to learn how is to watch our instruction video.

Yes! We use a sublimation printing technique to apply high quality images or graphics onto any fabric surface of your tent. Customize your roof or sidewalls with a photo of your choice. For best results, the photo format should be 1:1 at 100 dpi or 1:100 at 300 dpi.

Full-surface printing is available for all our flags, giving your brand maximum visibility at events and trade shows.

Our high-quality printing processes mean your printed graphics will hold up well outdoors. While our graphics are waterproof, sun fading is possible with prolonged use. You can easily swap in a new canopy roof without needing to replace the tent structure.

The price for printing a canopy tent varies depending on the type of printing and the size of the print area. For smaller print motifs, thermal transfer printing is usually more cost-effective than full-surface prints on the roof or sidewalls. Contact us for an estimate.

In-stock tents shipping from our office in Charlotte, NC can arrive as quickly as 1-5 days after placing your order. Printed tents or products made on demand can range with rush printing options as quick as 3 days. Most printed or on-demand orders are fulfilled in 2-4 weeks. Your Product Expert will be able to give you precise timelines for your order as well as express options and alternatives for any critical event dates. 

Vector files are always best, as they can be enlarged without loss of quality.
Depending on the type of print, you can also send us other file formats. Here you will find a complete overview of the options that you have:

• For screen printing we need vector files (ai/pdf/eps).
• Vector files (ai/pdf/eps) are also needed for thermal transfer printing. If it’s not possible for you to send us vector files, we can print your logo by manually removing the background, but this is a stopgap measure.
• Vector data and/or high resolution images are required for sublimation printing.
  For a full-surface sublimation print we need:
  • The print file at a scale of 1:1 with a resolution of 100 dpi or at a scale of 1:10 with a resolution of 300 dpi. 
  • All fonts must be converted to paths.
  • The print file must not have any overhangs or crop marks.
  • All images must be embedded in the file.

You can personalize both sides of the sidewalls and the entire roof surface with a print. Our sidewalls with zippers allow for seamless printing across multiple panels.

All our inks are OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified, meaning they've been tested by an independent third-party to ensure they're safe and environmentally friendly.

Our flat-rate delivery costs vary based on whether your item will ship in a box or on a pallet. Ask your sales rep for specific shipping info for your order.

We do everything we can to make your life easier. That's why we accept many different payment methods including bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card. For bank transfers, please note that we cannot start production of your canopy tent order until the payment has been received.

We do not have any physical store locations; however, local customers are welcome to pick up their canopy tents from our Charlotte, N.C. warehouse instead of shipping if preferred.
